To limit the risk of injury it is necessary to warm up and implement mobility exercises before working out. It is also important to get proper recovery post workout.

One of my main goals as your trainer is making sure you feel confident in and out of the gym.

Here are just a few of the many reasons I think she is so wonderful:

1. She is always focused on Form, and function first.  I have knee problems, which can be challenging, and Jess always make sure to work through the form of an exercise first before we move on to adding to things.  That has proven to be super helpful to make sure I don’t injure myself when working out.  It has also proven to be helpful when I am exercising on my own, because I can now do these movement correctly.  

2.  She makes exercising interesting:  Jess has a huge repertoire, and puts together a new and exciting set of exercises every time I have worked out with her.  I never feel bored and always leave each session feeling challenged.  

3.  I have successfully worked out with Jess after several surgeries.  I have had hand, knee, and foot surgery, and after each surgery, Jess programmed a fabulous routine that met the aftercare criteria of my surgeon.  I found this to be a great way to stay active while recovering from surgery.  

4.  Lastly Jess is a super nice person and a pleasure to work out with.  I can’t stress this enough, Jess is seriously one of the nicest and most genuine people you will ever meet.  And that alone motivates you to work harder.  I can’t ever get mad at her because she is making me do a hard exercise….because she is just that nice.  

These are just a few of the many reasons why I feel Jess is the best.  At 45 I am seriously in the best shape of my life, and I owe it all to Jess.  She even got me to do chin-ups….which when we first met I told her would absolutely not be possible…….well I was wrong….Jess totally made that possible.  Jess you rock Diva!!!”
